This task force was set up to review and assess the structure of the Federation as an organization in 1996. At this point the Federation was thirty years old, had grown in strength and size and needed to update their documentation and to redefine their focus as a unified group. The task force identified several aspects of the Federation's structure which needed revision or feedback from Federation leadership and sent out a questionnaire to facilitate conversation and aid in their future decision-making process.
