All former officers and the chairpersons of all Federation
Gomroi ttees were asked to identify any records of the ll'ederation
in their care.

Sr. Anne Regina O'Leary returned her Survey with a note.
Sr. A. Catherine Murphy returned the Survey saying that she had given
her papers to her successor.
Sister ~aura Herschmeyer of Wichita
returned the Survey and described
her congregation's holdings on the Federation.
Sister "'~ary de f>azzi Murphy returned the Survey.
Sister Jane Aucoin returned the Survey.
Sister Julie uarkins sent a letter.
Sister Eucharists Galvin was interviewed at St. Paul, Minnesota
by Sister .n.nn 'lhomasine Sampson who sent a report and a
«assette tape of the interview.
Sister Julia J.'larie, Secretary to the 1-'resid'ent, Rutland, Vt.,
returned the Survey for Sister Nora Scribner.
Sister Thomas Bernard McConnell responded, giving a description
ofLthe Archives, Generalate, Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, St. Louis, Missouri.
Sister .n.ntonine O'Brien, Archivist at St. Paul, ;'responded and
listed the records of the Feaeration in the St. Paul Archives.
Sister hargaret Berry described her congregation's archives.
Sister Marion Zimmer recommended that I contact other '"'ommittee
members for information on the Social Concerns Task Force.
Sister Eunice Carlos of Erie responded and described her congregation 1;$ Archives.
Sister Susan O'Connor of Latham described her holdings on the
Federation.

Sister Dorothy Glosser of Cleveland offered to send information
later.
Sister hary Patrick uaRtings sent a letter about the Team on the
Future.

Sister Margaret Quinn returned the Survey and described her
records of the meetings of Archivists at the ~ational
Events at Philadelphia, May 1976 and Orlando, March 1977,
and of the work of the Archivists/Historians Ad Hoc ~ommittee
at the 1976 Summer Institute.
