1.

Supply Rome with the following information:
juridical nature of each institute
diocese of each general ate
number of membership in each institute
average age of perpetually professed sisters
number of temporary professed sisters
number of novices
number of postulants
number of houses
dioceses where the sisters are living and ministering
nihil obstat ofbishop for diocesan congregations

2.

Send two copies of Statutes to Rome

3.

Send $500 in US money to cover expenses

Observations and requests regarding Statutes
Nature and Purpose should be Article I and the individual items should be:

The Federation is composed

Any other congregation

Withdrawal
The member congregations

The Federation is a dynamic union·

The purpose
Omit- prior consent of bishop of diocese
Item 7 in nature and purpose- "To Erect federal houses
Article II- Common Novitiate and Juniorate
Article III- Federal Communities - see item sevenArticle- Purpose- Specify more concretely the main affairs which the GB
should deal with
Article IV- half plus one should be "more than half'
Article VII- Specify who appoints the federal Treasurer
